Join us at Bloody Elbow for live results and discussion of Bellator 227/Bellator Dubling from Dublin, Ireland.
The headliner for the Bellator 227 card is a lightweight fight between former UFC champion Benson Henderson and Myles Jury. James Gallagher against late replacement Roman Salazar is the Bellator Dublin main event. Now we have reached the part where I explain the convoluted broadcast structure.
The prelims and three fights on “Bellator Dublin” are going to be exclusively live on the Bellator app in the United States. Bendo vs. Jury is going to be the “main event” of Bellator 227, which is going to be broadcast on tape-delay at 9 PM ET/8 PM CT on both Paramount Network and DAZN. In the United Kingdom, Sky Sports airs the Bellator 227 main card at 2 AM local time, while Channel 5 has the Bellator Dublin main card at 10 PM local time.
All clear? Okay, didn’t think so. That’s the best I can do.
