Check out the betting odds for Saturday’s early UFC Copenhagen card, where Jack Hermansson is comfortably favored over Jared Cannonier in the main event.
Denmark will be the setting for this Saturday’s early UFC Copenhagen event, headlined by top-10 middleweights Jared Cannonier and Jack Hermansson. Bloody Elbow is here to provide betting odds for each of the 13-scheduled matchups.
The marquee matchup will pit the UFC’s #5 ranked middleweight Jack Hermansson against the #9 ranked Jared Cannonier. With Hermansson owning a four-fight winning streak, the bookies have him significantly favored here at -245. As for the betting underdog, gamblers can take the price on Cannonier’s moneyline for +205.
The over/under for the UFC Copenhagen main event has been set at 1.5 rounds. The ‘over’ owns the favored moneyline, clocking in at -147, with a +132 comeback on the ‘under.’ The bet-setters surely do not expect Hermansson and Cannonier to need all five rounds to determine an outcome. The proposition ‘Fight doesn’t go to decision’ is hugely favored at the -400 mark. Going back the other way, ‘Fight goes to decision’ is a fatty dog with a sizable tag of +310.
Taking things a step further, the bookies have selected Hermansson as the one to get the finish over Cannonier. ‘Hermansson wins inside distance’ is an option at -140, with ‘Not Hermansson inside distance’ resting at +110. For those taking a look at the American, ‘Cannonier wins inside distance’ is available at a chunky underdog line of +300, with ‘Not Cannonier inside distance’ moderately favored at -390.
Olympic silver medalist in wrestling, Mark O. Madsen, will be making his UFC debut on home soil in Denmark when he meets Italy’s Danilo Belluardo in the Copenhagen co-main. Madsen opened up as a chalk favorite at -400 and his moneyline has only gotten larger since then. Now trending around -675, or even longer, the oddsmakers and betting public alike believe that Belluardo will have his hands full. Belluardo first opened up with a stout dog tag of +280, but has seen minimal love and now resides in mega-dog territory at about +550.
The over/under for the UFC Copenhagen main event has been set at 2.5 rounds. The ‘over’ for this matchup containing a six-time World and Olympic medalist wrestler is a favored option at -132. The ‘under’ can be acquired for a slight plus line of +117. The bookies seemed certain that this one would reach the scorecards when they set the prop bet ‘Fight goes to decision’ at -210 and ‘Fight doesn’t go to decision’ at +160. The gamblers made a different read here, siding with the inside the distance look, and sending it down to a minus mark of -120. The reaching the scorecards exotic bet is now less favored at -110.
