Georges St-Pierre and Khabib Nurmagomedov are making the rounds on social media.

Earlier this week, St-Pierre revealed via Instagram that he had completed a 75-hour water fast, which led to speculation about a possible superfight with Nurmagomedov at 155-pounds.

Sushi tastes even better after a 75h water fast!

“Sushi tastes even better after a 75h water fast!” St-Pierre posted on Wednesday.

GSP’s post caught the attention of none other than Nurmagomedov himself, who posted the following comment (h/t Cole Shelton of Low Kick MMA).

“155?” Khabib commented.

According to UFC president Dana White, St-Pierre, who formerly competed at welterweight and middleweight, currently weighs less than Nurmagomedov.

White also said he would be very much interested in booking Khabib vs. St-Pierre in the foreseeable future, but only after ‘The Eagle’ defends his UFC lightweight title against top contender Tony Ferguson.

Although it hasn’t been made official, Khabib vs. Ferguson is expected to take place next year, possibly in Russia.

“I’m about 80 percent sure my next fight will be in Russia,” Khabib said last month.
