Jon Jones sends some words of encouragement to Nate Diaz, who’s threatening to pull out of UFC 244 after being told about adverse finding on his drug test.

Nate Diaz dropped a bombshell on Thursday, revealing he’s being accused for using tainted supplements. As a result, the Stockton, California fighter threatened to pullout of his UFC 244 headliner fight against Jorge Masvidal.

“So until UFC, USADA or whoever is F—KING with me fixes it, I won’t be competing,” Diaz said in a written statement. “I’m not gonna play their game and try and hit it or keep quiet, as they suggested. I’m not going to have my name tainted as a cheater like these other motherfuckers who keep quiet until after the fight so they can get paid. F—n cheaters.

“I don’t give a f—k about some money over my dignity and my legacy. I’m not staying quiet and figuring it out after the fight. That’s cheating. So fight game, I’ll see you when I see you. The realest baddest mother f—ker in the game.”

“Gamebred” already came to Diaz’s defense, attesting Diaz is one of the cleanest mofos in the UFC today. Another high-profile fighter who sided with him is light heavyweight champion Jon Jones.

“Bones” showed support for Diaz in a series of tweets.

Jones himself has been involved in numerous drug testing controversies throughout his career, leading to lengthy suspensions. He has tested positive for clomiphene, letrozole, and the anabolic steroid turinabol.

UFC 244 takes place on November 2nd at Madison Square Garden in New York City.
