Check out the first episode of Embedded for UFC 244.
UFC 244 is almost here, and as usual, Embedded is here as well. The show that gives you an inside look at the marquee contestants on PPVs has issued the first episode for this weekend’s big show in the The Big Apple, and it serves as a brief introduction to the fighters at the top of the card.
Things start off at Kings MMA, where Kelvin Gastelum is doing his last sparring session. He’s hoping to have a good day. Fabricio Werdum makes a cameo. Gastelum is ready for Darren Till. We then head over to his house, where his family is celebrating his birthday. But Gastelum can’t eat any of the food.
Down in Miami, Jorge Masvidal and Andrei Arlovski are preparing to board a plane. The whole team on the plane does a shot, and they play some dominoes. Masvidal talks up Nate Diaz and is very complimentary of his opponent.
At the hotel in New York, Johnny Walker is working out. He discusses opponent Corey Anderson for a minute before running some stairs. He says he doesn’t want to finish Anderson in the first round, that he’s going to take his time a little more this time. He promises a great show.
