Justice has been served.
Not that we should ever complain about a fighter trying to make a living, but it was a little silly to have CB Dollaway fighting for the RIZIN light heavyweight title when he was coming off a knockout loss at UFC Fight Night 136 AND a failed drug test by USADA.
At least take a cue from Chris Weidman and book a tune-up fight.
Proving “The Doberman” had no business competing for the crown was 205-pound champion Jiri Prochazka, who treated Dollaway like a flat stone in a still pound. I’m not sure I’ve ever seen a fighter get dribbled on the canvas before but hachi machi that was a helluva bounce.
Prochazka (26-3-1) has now won 10 in a row, nine of them by knockout, which includes finishes over UFC veteran Fabio Maldonado and ex-Strikeforce champ Muhammed Lawal, just to name a few.
