“Huntington Beach Bad Boy” thinks it is time for “Notorious” to get what is coming to him at UFC 246.
Mixed martial arts (MMA) fighters from UFC, Bellator, PFL and more break down Conor McGregor vs. Donald Cerrone in SBN MMA’s latest edition of Fighters Pick Fights. The likes of Tito Ortiz, Jon Fitch and Sarah Kaufman contributed their analysis and predictions on the UFC 246 pay-per-vier (PPV) main event clash.
You can watch the full video above and read excerpts below:
Tito Ortiz
“I like ‘Cowboy’ in this one. I really like [his] chances. Conor has taken a beating his last couple of fights, people have kind of found his Kryptonite. The pressure is something that Conor can’t handle. I think that life is something that comes full circle. Karma is a b—ch and it always bites people in the ass. Conor has done some really bad things and I think karma will get him at the end of the day.”
Jon Fitch
“I don’t know if Cerrone has the ability to game plan himself into a win over Conor. I think Conor does a better job of game-planning than a lot of his opponents do.”
Urijah Faber
“Man, the fans are gonna win on that one.”
Sarah Kaufman
“I love ‘Cowboy.’ I have nothing against Conor, but I really hope ‘Cowboy’ wins. I think Cerrone has an overall better ability to win the fight in more aspects, but Conor comes in very strong for the first two rounds. ‘Cowboy’ is a little bit of a slow starter. I think over five, ‘Cowboy’ can win that fight.”
