Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) welterweight champion, Kamaru Usman, claims he was minding his own business at Super Bowl Radio Row on Wednesday in Miami Beach, when out of nowhere, Jorge Masvidal ran up with a cameraman and started talking shit.

Then proceeded to do … nothing.

Probably because he knew what would happen if “The Nigerian Nightmare” let his hands go, the same way he did against Colby Covington at UFC 245 last December in Las Vegas, the same “Chaos” who used to “torture” Masvidal in the gym on a daily basis.

“Gamebred” insists it was the other way around.

“He saw what I did to the guy who used to punish him and torture him every day in practice,” Usman told TMZ Sports. “Now he better shut his mouth before I fill his ass with a bunch of Cuban coffee. You saw him run up and make little hand signals, ‘pew pew, pew,’ you know, that Kevin Hart noise like he had a little gun in his hand. That’s all he did.”

And all Usman did was yell “DO SUMTIN!”

While nothing is official at the time, Usman recently told the mixed martial arts (MMA) media that promotion president, Dana White, anointed Masvidal the next welterweight title contender, which may or may not have anything to do with his appearance in Miami Beach.

That means Conor McGregor is likely to return to the lightweight division after trashing Donald Cerrone at UFC 246 earlier this month in “Sin City.” The winner of Usman-Masvidal will likely get the winner of this upcoming battle of veteran welterweights.
