Former JacksonWink striking coach Frank Lester has not forgotten about his public falling out with Jon Jones.
Frank Lester is going for the throat in an explosive Instagram post targeted at Jon Jones and the JacksonWink camp.
Lester had a very public falling out with the other parties in October, accusing Jones of skipping out on $13,000 owed to Lester for training ahead of Jones’ title defense vs. Thiago Santos at UFC 239. Jones denied failing to pay Lester and threatened to get authorities involved. Things seemed to have quiet down since then, until Lester shared a volatile post Wednesday on Instagram.
“Fakest group of people I’ve ever been around. They will invite you on the team after eight years of faithful service. They will use you for the highest level of sparring and drilling, they will pray with you like you family, but in actuality none of these dudes give a flying f—k about the other personally, they just hanging on Jon’s nut sack because they want to get paid,” Lester wrote. “When I got ripped off all these so called friends turned their backs on me and all the hard work I had given to Team Jones and Jackson’s MMA as a whole over the last eight years. Just because Jon is a super control freak who has to get his way and if you’re not ready to be his yes man and suck on his ego inflated d—k… then you’re out!”
Lester allegedly challenged Jones to a fight, which the latter supposedly turned down.
“Well let’s see what KARMA has in store for this weekend for these f—king chumps! ‘Let em hate so long as they fear.’ I’m not the one who needed to involve the police or call Greg Jackson’s punk ass because Jon Jones was too scared to come fight me like a man for the money he owed me. Oh, yeah, Jon Jones is a master in the cage but a B—CH IN THE STREET. So he had Greg call his lil’ girlfriend who works for APD [Albuquerque Police Department] and submit an unlawful red flag law memorandum on me because Jon Jones p—sy ass thought I might shoot him, which I never said anything of the sort or hinted that was even a possibility.”
“He’s just got a b—ch ass coward with no street heart to handle his own bulls—t in real life when it comes to real men being about real business,” Lester concluded. “He had to make sure the law would overstep their boundaries because his ego is so big and he knows Greg will break laws because he needs that BONES paycheck because after that divorce and his terrible business skills which killed the original gym, it probably ain’t coming again for too much longer!”
Lester, a former fighter, concluded by writing, “LETS GO CHAMP!” and tagging Dominick Reyes. Jones defends his UFC light-heavyweight title against Reyes at UFC 247 in Houston, Texas on Saturday, Feb. 8.
