Something about Tyson Fury’s accent makes every curse word sound that much better.
“Ahm gunna popya like a ballewn yah lit’l poh-say! Yawr gettin it poh-say!”
Fury (30-0-1) recently came face-to-face with heavyweight nemesis Tyson Fury (43-0-1) ahead of their highly-anticipated boxing rematch, which takes place this Sat. night (Feb. 22, 2020) inside MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada.
“The Gypsy King” and “Bronze Bomber” battled to a split-draw when they first went to war back in late 2018, a fight that featured one of the craziest knockdowns — and subsequent resurrections — in the history of the “sweet science” (see it again here).
“Round 12 has been in his mind since day one, that’s why he ran away from the rematch,” Wilder said. “In the back of Fury’s mind, he will think about how I gave him a concussion and how he had no idea how he even got on the ground. So, I do believe that round is in his head, and if he says otherwise, he is lying.”
Sounds like four-million paying customers are going to find out.
