Legacy Fighting Alliance (LFA) recently rubber stamped a lightweight championship showdown between Bryce Logan and Jacob Rosales, locked and loaded for Friday, April 17th inside Sanford Pentagon in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.
LFA 86 streams worldwide on UFC Fight Pass at 9 p.m. ET.
”I am excited to bring the LFA lightweight championship back to South Dakota,” LFA CEO Ed Soares said. “Bryce Logan and Jacob Rosales are two of our most popular fighters as they both got their start in RFA before the merger. They will face each other for the vacant LFA lightweight title on Friday, April 17th. This will add another chapter to the state’s MMA history, which began with its first sanctioned event at RFA 17.”
Logan (11-4) is coming off back-to-back decision wins over Kenneth Glenn (LFA 64) and Jonas Flok (LFA 77). As for Rosales (12-5), he returned to the promotion after a brief stint on Dana White’s “Contender Series,” capturing a decision victory over Salaiman Ahmadyar at LFA 81 back in January.
