All eyes were on Yoel Romero at today’s UFC 248 early weigh ins and rightfully so, as “Soldier of God” has already missed weight in two previous title fights. That wasn’t the case today, thankfully, and his middleweight showdown against reigning 185-pound kingpin, Israel Adesanya, will proceed as scheduled.
“The Last Stylebender” was first on the scale at 184.5.
Romero, 42, (eventually) tipped the scale at 185 pounds on the button, just under 24 hours away from his UFC 248 pay-per-view (PPV) main event, scheduled for tomorrow night (Sat., March 7, 2020) inside T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada.
