The final payouts have been released by Nevada State Athletic Commission (NSAC) for the UFC 248: “Adesanya vs. Romero” pay-per-view (PPV) event, which took place last Sat. night (March 7, 2020) inside T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas.

Middleweight champion Israel Adesanya was the big winner of the night, taking home $500,000 for his five-round win over 185-pound contender, Yoel Romero, who should probably give his $350,000 to Weili Zhang and Joanna Jedrzejczyk after their 25-minute bloodbath in the strawweight co-main event.

They went out there and earned it.

Keep in mind the salaries listed above do not include fight bonuses, Reebok sponsorships, percentages and other unofficial payments. It also does not include deductions for expenses such as insurance, taxes, etc.
