Check out which fighters won performance bonuses from UFC Fight Night: Lee vs. Oliveira

The Nilson Nelson Gymnasium in Brasilia, Brazil was home to UFC Brasilia, which turned out to be a solid afternoon of fights where the vast majority went the distance. The card saw one (T)KO, two submissions and nine decisions, including one majority-decision. With Coronavirus concerns, the event was held in a closed arena with just commentators, corners and essential broadcast personnel in attendance, and received a two-hour bump up timewise to air on ESPN proper, as well as ESPN+ to fill spots left open by league cancellations and suspensions across nearly all other sports.

The main event was a back-and-forth battle that saw both men take a round apiece before the third round submission from Chuckie Olives (as Connor Ruebusch call him). The co-main event was a quick, no-nonsense shellacking of jiu-jitsu legend Demian Maia by rising star Gilbert Burns, and the third and final finish was Moicano’s quick rear-naked choke of Damir Hadzovic.

Performance of the Night: Charles Oliveira and Gilbert Burns

Renato Moicano (Sub (RNC) at 0:44 of Round 1), Gilbert Burns (TKO (punches) at 2:34 of Round 1), and Charles Oliveira (Sub (guillotine) at :28 of Round 3) all finished their fights inside the distance, but it would be Charles Oliveira and Gilbert Burns that would snag the $50,000 performance bonuses.

Fight of the Night: Mayra Bueno vs. Maryna Moroz

Bea Malecki (29-28×3), David Dvorak (29-28×3), Maryna Moroz (29-28×3), Enrique Barzola (29-28, 28-28×2), Elizeu Zaleski (29-28×3), Amanda Ribas (30-26, 30-25×2), Brandon Moreno (30-27, 29-28×2), Francisco Trinaldo (30-27×2, 29-28), and Nikita Krylov (30-27, 29-28×2) all went the distance for wins in their respective fights but it would be Maryna Moroz’ excellent battle with Mayra Bueno Silva that would take FOTN honors.

Attendance: Government banned attendance due to Coronavirus precautions
