“Dana, man. If you got like quarters I’ll stay on the island bro. I’m not ashamed to move in. We can fight every couple of weeks, dude”.

UFC heavyweight Greg Hardy is looking to move to Dana White’s mysterious Fight Island and fight up to six times a year, per a recent interview with TMZ Sports.

“I’m saying it right now Dana, man. If you got like quarters I’ll stay on the island bro. I’m not ashamed to move in. We can fight every couple of weeks, dude,” Hardy said (h/t BJPenn.com).

“With all seriousness, let’s run it. I will live on it and break my own record that I tied last year, 100 percent. Five fights in one year, tied for first. If he’ll have me, we’ll go for six of them (on the island).”

As Hardy alluded to in the interview, the former NFL player is currently one of the most active fighters on the UFC roster, having fought five times in 2019 and amassing a UFC record of 2-2 (1 NC).

Hardy, who made his pro MMA debut on Dana White’s 2018 Contender Series, plans to ‘eliminate everyone one-by-one’ on Fight Island.

“We do it the G-Hardy way,” he said. “Easily, just eliminate everyone one-by-one on the island.”

White hasn’t revealed the location of Fight Island but the UFC president believes the infrastructure will be up and running by June and says the Octagon will be on the beach.

“Fight Island should be up and running in June. So I should be able to start running international events in June. From May 9 to May 23, we’ll knock out four shows. And then in June we can start international stuff on the island.

“We really are putting an Octagon on the beach. There’s going to be training facilities there for people. There are hotels. And the whole island is going to be built, all the infrastructure is going to be built for the UFC to come do fights there.”
