Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) is bringing mixed martial arts (MMA) fans a championship tripleheader for the upcoming UFC 251 pay-per-view (PPV) fight card, recently made official for Sat., July 11, 2020 on Yas Island in Abu Dhabi.

That includes the bantamweight showdown between top 135-pound contender Petr Yan and former UFC featherweight kingpin Jose Aldo. “No Mercy” opened as a sizable favorite over “Junior” at -225 (9/4), while the Brazilian settled in as the +190 (19/10) underdog.

That’s according to BetOnline (www.BetOnline.ag).

Yan (14-1), still just 27 years old, has only been competing in UFC for two years, but has already racked up a 6-0 record with three knockouts. As for Aldo (28-6), now 33, he lost a controversial decision to Marlon Moraes in his bantamweight debut last December.

In addition to the Kamaru Usman vs. Gilbert Burns headliner, UFC will see Alexander Volkanovski (21-1) and Max Holloway (21-5) running it back for the 145-pound strap in the five-round co-main event.
