Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) recently tied a ribbon around its UFC Fight Island 2 weigh-in event (full results here) where all 24 fighters tipped the scale without incident. That includes flyweight headliners Deiveson Figueiredo and Joseph Benavidez, who collide for the vacant 125-pound title this Sat. night (July 18, 2020) on “Fight Island” in Abu Dhabi.

In the UFC Fight Island 2 co-main event, middleweight contenders Jack Hermansson and Kelvin Gastelum hook ‘em up for a spot in the 185-pound title chase. Both combatants are looking to rebound from recent losses in what can only be described as a must-win situation, at least in terms of championship relevance.
