Ernesto Joshua Ramos, 42, served time in federal prison for trying to extort $200,000 from UFC President Dana White, claiming that his live-in girlfriend — and Spearmint Rhino stripper — was knocking boots with the Las Vegas fight boss.
And had cell phone video to prove it.
Ramos met White in his Las Vegas office to make the exchange (money for video) but White had already contacted law enforcement. FBI agents secretly recorded the transaction and Ramos was arrested shortly thereafter.
After getting out of the clink, Ramos filed a civil suit against White for reneging on a 2016 agreement they allegedly made before Ramos pleaded guilty. Ramos claims White failed to pay him $450,000 to keep quiet about the case to protect his identity.
More details on that arrangement here.
“Some parties never learn,” White’s attorneys wrote in a recent motion to dismiss (via Las Vegas Review-Journal). “After pleading guilty to a felony of attempting to extort defendant Dana White and spending nearly a year in federal prison, plaintiff Joshua Ramos now seeks this court’s assistance to complete what he could not finish the first time — separating Mr. White from a substantial amount of money.”
White, not surprisingly, has refused to comment.
