See how Denise Kielholtz put away Kate Jackson in the Bellator 247 main event.
Bellator MMA’s first show in the CBS Sports Network era had the misfortune of losing the original main event between Paul Daley and Derek Anderson on weigh-in day, but that doesn’t mean there weren’t some spectacular finishes throughout the card in Milan, Italy.
Bellator Kickboxing champion Denise Kielholtz made short work of former flyweight title challenger Kate Jackson, flooring her with a left hand before putting her out with ground-and-pound. The left hook had Jackson in the tumble cycle and the rest is history.

In the co-main event, Norbert Novenyi Jr found himself on his back against Laid Zerhouni. This proved to be advantageous, as he tapped Zerhouni with a triangle choke towards the end of the opening round.

But the most impressive finish by far went to SBG’s Brian Moore, who pulled off an incredible rally against Simone D’Anna. It was D’Anna who had Moore in trouble with a three-punch combo that made Moore put his hands on the canvas, then a double left hook to the body and head that dropped Moore in round two. Moore rallied back and had D’Anna rocked with a right uppercut, then later on a vicious counter right hand set up the more vicious right that sent D’Anna to sleep.

Lastly… someone explain to me what the hell a scorpion crunch is. This is how Monika Tochlikova kicked off Bellator 247 against Jade Jorand. You might not see this finish again any time soon.
There’s a first time for everything!
@JohnMcCarthyMMA says he’s never seen the “superguard” ( aka scorpion crunch) pulled off in #MMA & Monika Tochlikova made it happen at #Bellator247.
