Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) color commentator Joe Rogan, who recently expanded his podcasting empire via Spotify, said goodbye to the state of California earlier this year, one of many big changes for the part-time comedian.
And ex-UFC champ Tito Ortiz is not happy about it.
“It’s important that we protect this city,” Ortiz told fans during a recent political rally. “This city is powerful to me and I’m not leaving. Joe Rogan, a bunch of other Hollywood guys, they left. I can’t say the word because my children are here, but they’re quitters! I refuse to be a quitter!”
Tell that to Liam McGeary!
Ortiz, a vigilant supporter of U.S. President Donald Trump, is attempting to “Make Huntington Beach Safe Again” by running for City Council. His campaign promises include lower taxes, local job growth, and limited government interference.
“I am committed to representing Huntington Beach with honor and distinction and will bring my winning record to ensure success on multiple fronts,” Ortiz said. “I pledge to work with all of my future council colleagues in a positive manner to take care for our city and make Huntington Beach Safe Again!”
See you at the polls.
