Check out the midweek betting odds for Saturday’s UFC 255 event, where both of the promotion’s flyweight champions, Deiveson Figueiredo and Valentina Shevchenko, are favored to keep their belts.

UFC 255 goes down this Saturday (November 21st) from the promotion’s apex facility in Las Vegas, Nevada. Both UFC flyweight belts will be in the line when the men’s champ, Deiveson Figueiredo, meets Alex Perez, and the woman’s champ, Valentina Shevchenko, squares off with Jenifer Maia. Bloody Elbow is here to provide the betting lines for these championship bouts, and for the rest of the UFC 255 roster.

In the main event, the 19-1 Figueiredo is substantially favored by the oddsmakers to hold on to his 125-pound strap. A straight up wager on Fig comes at a steep cost of -300. As for the surging 24-5 challenger, Perez is being served up as a +250 underdog. Fig has proven to be a problem with his only defeats coming from one Jussier Formiga and of course the dreaded scale. If MMA math is your thing, and it shouldn’t be, you will find Perez’s last win was actually a finish of Formiga. Before you get too excited, though, Perez’s last loss was to Joe Benavidez, and Fig just knocked him out twice in a row.

In the UFC 255 co-main event, the bookies expect continued dominance out of the reigning flyweight champ Valentina Shevchenko. The UFC’s 125-pound queen has been labeled with an astronomical moneyline of -1300. Shevchenko has separated herself so far from the pack that this is the fourth-time in a row that she has surpassed a betting line of -1200. In what almost seems like a complete afterthought, Maia rogers up as a +850 underdog.

UFC 255 is full of heavy betting favorites, with seven of twelve scheduled bouts involving a moneyline of -255 or higher. There’s a clear betting favorite in each matchup, with the tightest lines belonging to Mike Perry vs. Tim Means and Alan Jouban vs. Jared Gooden. Perry and Jouban are both -145 betting favorites in their respective bouts, while Means and Gooden both clock in with slight dog tags of +125.
