Check out the third episode of Embedded for UFC 256.
UFC 256 is almost here, and as usual, Embedded is here as well. The show that gives you an inside look at the marquee contestants on PPVs has issued the third episode for this weekend’s big show in UFC Apex, and it serves as a brief introduction to the fighters at the top of the card.
We start off at the airport, where Junior dos Santos is arriving. His driver tells him that he brought some guys from France earlier. JDS tells him “I’m fighting this guy!” and laughs. He’s happy as always.
Deiveson Figueiredo is working out at UFC Apex. He never left Vegas or the hotel, but he did eat a bunch on the Sunday after UFC 255. It was back to work on the Monday. His coach explains his training schedule. They head over to the PI to use the sauna, and Figueiredo details his history with his coaches.
Brandon Moreno is singing along to All I Want For Christmas Is You by Mariah Carey, and it’s making me laugh. His coach says Moreno is seen as a dog because he’s so nice. But he doesn’t see it as competition, it’s a fight. And Mexicans like to fight. He then gets a massage with a machine thinger, and sings along to another song while he’s vibrating. Moreno is fun. Now he’s singing “You Are So Beautiful”. So funny. The machine looks like a drill gun, and Moreno gets to use it on himself.
Over at the athlete hotel, we get our first look at Jacare Souza arriving. He shows off his abs and says his weight is good. He’s ready to rock. Tony Ferguson gets some instructions at check-in, and he’s gonna go cause some mischief.
And that’s it! UFC 256 goes down this Saturday night in UFC Apex.
