“There’s not a f**king chance in the world [Paul would beat Danis in a street fight].”
Joe Rogan thinks it’s a good thing Dillon Danis didn’t get ahold of Jake Paul following his balloon drive-by in Los Angeles last week, because Danis would have ripped him apart, limb from limb.
Danis holds multiple world titles in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and is widely considered one of the best submission grapplers in the world, which is why it would have been a huge mistake for Paul to initiate a street fight.
“Dillon Danis ran up to him and he sped away,” Rogan said on a recent episode of JRE (h/t BJPenn.com). “Why didn’t he get out and fight him?”

“Let me tell you something, Dillon Danis gets ahold of you, you’re either getting your arms broken, you’re neck strangled off—your head’s going to get popped like a zit—[or] he’s going to rip your knees apart. There’s not a f**king chance in the world [Paul would beat Danis in a street fight]. Dillon Danis is a world class grappler. Top of the food chain.”
Paul is 2-0 as a professional boxer while Danis is 2-0 under Bellator MMA, with the latter earning submission wins over Kyle Walker and Max Humphrey. Paul, who has over 20 million subscribers on his YouTube channel, has been making noise in MMA following his viral KO of Nate Robinson on the undercard of Mike Tyson’s boxing exhibition with Roy Jones Jr.
Paul has called out everyone from Conor McGregor to Michael Bisping, but UFC president Dana White would prefer to see the YouTube star try his luck against Amanda Nunes.
