Paul says McGregor’s team “put their tails between their ass” when they sent proof of the $50 million offer.

Jake Paul’s $50 million offer to Conor McGregor is apparently no joke, as the YouTube star says his team have sent “proof of funds” for the large offer.

Paul campaigned for a boxing match against in an expletive-fueled post on Instagram. The popular Internet personality Paul made his professional boxing debut in January of this year, and recently knocked out former NBA player Nate Robinson in November.

Catching up recently with TMZ Sports, Paul said his team is talking with McGregor’s management, and the $50 million offer is real.

“We’re talking to his team,” Paul said … “[Conor] looked at my DM on Instagram. But, we’re talking to his team.

“When we sent them the proof of funds they like put their tail between their ass … they’re like. ‘This little crazy kid ain’t playing.’”

The former two-weight UFC champion McGregor (22-4) is already preoccupied as the Irishman is scheduled to rematch Dustin Poirier at UFC 257 on January 23rd. McGregor has only fought once in boxing, losing by tenth round stoppage to Floyd Mayweather Jr. in August 2017.
