With Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) staging its last event of 2020 last weekend (Sat., Dec. 19, 2020), it’s now time to reflect on the year that was. And it was unusual one to say the least thanks to COVID-19.

But, Dana White and Co. prevailed and staged numerous event amidst the world wide pandemic. Along the way, several highlights were created, especially when it came to knockouts inside the Octagon. Now, the promotion has unveiled the top candidates for knockout of the year.

Without further ado here are the nominees:

Cody Garbrandt knocks out Raphael Assuncao with a vicious one-titter quitter at UFC 250.

Joaquin Buckley knocks out Impa Kasanganay via spinning back kick at UFC Fight Island 5.

Khaos Williams knocks out Abdul Razak Alhassan in 30 seconds at UFC Vegas 14.

Kevin Holland knocks out Ronaldo Souza from his back at UFC 256.
