Dana White spoke about Paul vs. Askren with Mike Tyson and Zab Judah.

UFC President Dana White recently appeared on Mike Tyson’s podcast alongside former world champion boxer Zab Judah. During the course of their conversation the three men turned their attention to Jake Paul vs. Ben Askren, much to White’s chagrin.

When discussing the 2-0 boxer, who viciously knocked out former NBA player Nate Robinson last year, White was adamant that the younger Paul brother didn’t deserve a spot in the boxing ring.

“Jake Paul isn’t a fucking boxer. This guy’s a YouTuber,” said White. Tyson and Judah both responded with calls for Paul to get a little more respect. Tyson mentioned that Paul would bring a ton of eyeballs to the sport and Judah talked up what Paul has been doing in the training room.

“He’s been working hard,” said Judah to an incredulous White.

“Zab, no bullshit. … You’re hanging out with the kid, you know him, you’re saying he can fight?” replied the UFC boss. Judah immediately responded in the affirmative.

White then began to frame the challenge Paul was facing on April 17. “So the kid that he’s going to fight is a wrestler, decorated wrestler, but he’s actually fought real guys. He’s been a world champion in other organizations.”

Judah then doubled down on his praise for Paul. “He’s got hands.”

Laughing, White then decided to put his money where his mouth is, stating: “I’ll bet a million dollars that he loses this fucking fight.”

Jake Paul vs. Ben Askren goes down on April 17 in Atlanta, GA. The card is presented by Triller, who previously promoted Mike Tyson vs. Roy Jones Jr, and can be watched via Fite.TV. The PPV is being sold for $49.99.
