Check out what the two boxing novices look like ahead of their big fight on April 17.
This weekend Jake Paul looks to go 3-0 as a professional boxer. To do that, the YouTuber will have to beat former MMA champion—and 0-0 pro boxer—Ben Askren.
Before they fight, these two have open workouts scheduled today. You can watch all that action (?) below with a stream provided by our friends at Fight Hub TV.
Jake Paul is currently invading/disrupting the combat sports space after he followed up his victorious pro debut (over a fellow YouTuber) with a sensational KO of former NBA player Nate Robinson.
Ben Askren is a former Bellator and ONE Championship welterweight fighter. In 2019 he switched to the UFC. There he beat Robbie Lawler, albeit controversially, before dropping back to back fights with Jorge Masvidal (via KO) and Demian Maia (by submission). After those losses Askren announced his retirement from MMA.
The fight appears to be going ahead this weekend despite a recent claim of sexual assault made against Paul. TikTok star Justine Paradise claims that Paul forced sex on her at his home. Paul has denied this allegations and promised to sue Paradise.
In this video you’ll also see the undercard fighters work out, too. That includes Regis Prograis who takes on Ivan Redkach.
