Roland Dunlap slammed his way to victory at LFA 104 on Friday night.
Roland Dunlap delivered a ‘Knockout of the Year’ contender in just his second professional fight.
On Friday night, Legacy Fighting Alliance held a show — LFA 104: McKenzie vs. Phillips — in Shawnee, Okla., where Dunlap met Obinwa Ikebunna in a middleweight contest that served as the main card opener. It was the first time in nearly three years that Dunlap competed, and he clearly did not miss a beat in his return.
With only a few seconds left in the first round, Dunlap dropped down for a level change and wrapped his arms around the hips of Ikebunna. Now completely secured, Dunlap then proceeded to lift Ikebunna off of the canvas, flip him slightly to the side and bring him straight down on the ground.
Ikebunna was out in an instant and Dunlap followed up with three solid elbows before the referee came in to stop the fight.

Dunlap now sees his professional record move to 2-0, while Ikebunna falls to 2-2 after his second straight loss. Ikebunna lost to Hunter Colvin a little over a month ago at LFA 101: The Undefeated via first-round rear-naked choke.
