After checking out her Twitter likes, MMA fans were ready to lock Katlyn Chookagian up in Horny Jail. But it looks like she was just a victim of some amusing Twitter hacking.
UFC women’s flyweight contender Katlyn Chookagian isn’t usually known for her controversial social media presence but leading up to her UFC 262 fight against Viviane Araujo, eagle eyed fans noticed something a bit unusual going on with her Twitter likes.
For those who may not know, all the tweets you like on Twitter are visible to the public in the ‘Likes’ section of your profile page. Those who happened to take a look into Chookagian’s Twitter likes on fight week were shocked to find quite the extensive collection of hardcore pornography. Like … really hardcore.
It’s not exactly something the MMA media were comfortable bringing up in case it was indeed an accidental porn preference reveal. The idea that Chookagian might be prepping for her fights with a steady stream of serious smut actually made us like her even more, but we can understand why it’d be embarrassing.
Watching porn to cut weight is one way to get it done I guess

In the end it was The Mac Life’s Oscar Willis who brought up the situation.
“Have you been hacked, or are you just … flaunting out there?” he asked at the UFC 262 post-fight press conference.
“What? I like what I like!” Chookagian said with a laugh. “No, I’m just kidding. My Twitter got hacked like two months ago. Or I just thought I’d lost my password, I tried to get into my app and I couldn’t get in.”
“During every fight card I’m always tweeting, my tweets are always popping up,” she continued. “And every Saturday I was like ‘Oh, my Twitter.’ I didn’t get in and I just kinda never payed attention to it? My Twitter, for years, always gets hacked. But it usually just follows a bunch of pornstars. But this time, I guess it’s been going on for months and I didn’t realize until this week.
Katlyn Chookagian says her Twitter account ‘always gets hacked’:

“With the fight and the promotion of the fight people started noticing that whoever’s in my Twitter account … I don’t know, maybe they’re in a relationship and they need to go into my account to look at other things? But it was not me and all week I was trying to get in but I was focusing on my fight, not my Twitter.”
“But hey, it’s out there, so if anyone needs some extra content they can go to my Twitter.”
What’s more likely than some individual using Chookagian’s account to browse smut is that her account was added to a botnet that generates follows and likes for various shady Twitter accounts. She’s lucky there’s such little manual oversight when it comes to this kind of hacking. Accounts with 24,700 followers are worth more to the average hacker than just some porno like farming. Just remember what happened to Kamaru Usman that time.
