The trilogy between Tyson Fury and Deontay Wilder is official for July 24th.

Tyson Fury (30-0-1, 21 KOs) and Deontay Wilder (42-1-1, 41 KOs) will fight for a third time, as the two are set to meet this summer in Las Vegas.

Fury made the announcement during Saturday’s Top Rank Boxing on ESPN broadcast, yelling “B-tch, you’re getting knocked out!” into the microphone.

The news comes after an arbitration ruling last week put a stop to negotiations for an undisputed title fight between Fury and Anthony Joshua. All signs pointed towards the highly anticipated fight between the two countrymen, with Saudi Arabia hosting the superfight on August 14th.

However, arbritation court judge Daniel Weinstein ruled in favor of Wilder in regards to a contract dispute over a trilogy with Fury. When Wilder’s team activated the rematch clause after Fury defeated Wilder by TKO in February 2020, the COVID-19 pandemic halted plans for the trilogy.

Fury had planned to move on and face Joshua, but Wilder’s team got what they wanted and the trilogy will now take place on July 24th. ESPN reports that T-Mobile Arena will host the fight.

The two men first fought to a majority draw in December 2018. Per the terms of their deal worked out before the second fight, Fury is entitled to a 60-40 split of the purse.

As for Joshua, a fight between him and former undisputed cruiserweight champion Oleksandr Usyk is being eyed for August, potentially at London’s Wembley Stadium.
