Former WEC and UFC interim champ Carlos Condit is back.
You can add Carlos Condit’s name to the growing list of action fighters competing at UFC 264. According to MMA Junkie, The Natural Born Killer will make his return to the Octagon against Max Griffin on the July 10th event in Las Vegas.
Condit (32-13, 9-9 UFC) has been much more effective in the last year, breaking a five-fight losing streak with decision wins over Court McGee and Matt Brown. The 37-year-old veteran will be looking for his eighth UFC performance bonus if he can get a big win here.
Griffin (17-8, 5-6 UFC) has also rebounded of late, picking up two straight stoppage wins over Ramiz Brahimaj and Song Kenan. He has only been stopped before the final bell once in his career, a 2016 TKO loss to Colby Covington.
UFC 264 will go down in T-Mobile Arena and will be headlined by the trilogy fight between former two-division champ Conor McGregor and former interim lightweight champ Dustin Poirier.
