Boxing icon Floyd Mayweather Jr. and social media star Logan Paul staged a special exhibition bout last Sunday night (June 12) in Miami, but just like every major pay-per-view (PPV) card in high demand, streaming issues returned blackouts in certain markets.

And if you paid for a fight you couldn’t watch, you may be entitled to a refund.

That’s the good news. The bad news is you will first have to navigate the Showtime support page by clicking here. Expect to answer a battery of automated questions before making any progress and be sure to have your ordering information readily available.

Note: “The fight sucked” is not a valid reason for getting your money back.

Mayweather and Paul traded blows for eight rounds (highlights here) and because the Florida athletic commission would not sanction the bout, no judges were present and no official winner was declared.
