Good guy Conor McGregor is at it again.
UFC superstar Conor McGregor may have a list of publicized misdeeds, but the man has his fair share of charitable deeds, too. Recently, “The Notorious” decided to sponsor the entire Irish youth team that’s set to compete in the 2021 IMMAF Youth MMA Championships.
The event will take place in Bulgaria from July 29 to August 1st. According to the IMMAF, McGregor will pay for the entry fees, flights, and accommodation of 27 competitors and 20 coaches.
He also sent them a message of encouragement.
Wishing the Irish squad the very best of luck in their quest at the world championships this year! From the fighters to the coaches, I know the future of our fighting nation is in excellent hands. Fight with the pride of the Emerald Isle, team! We are all with you. Good luck!
Of course, this grand gesture was well-received.

McGregor has his own battle to fight, as he prepares for his trilogy against Dustin Poirier. The two will headline UFC 264, which happens on July 10 at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas.
