Round 1: McGregor comes out kicking, sending out spinning back kicks and low kicks. More low kicks. 1-2 just misses, leg kick connects. Poirier comes back with his own and a right hand. Another McGregor leg kick a minute in. Again, 1-2. Good 2-3 from Poirier, then a nice combination. He changes levels after eating a knee downstairs. McGregor looking for a guillotine and falls back for it. Poirier using the fence to his advantage two minutes in. He pops his head out and drops a hard left hand. Good elbow behind it. McGregor trying to elbow off of his back. Two minutes to go.
Solid elbows land for McGregor off of his back. Poirier answers with bigger ones. Brutal right hand and McGregor’s ear appears to be bleeding. More good GnP, posturing up to drop bombs. One minute to go. Hard upkicks by McGregor but they prompt another barrage from Poirier. McGregor briefly considers a guillotine, gets back to his feet. He throws a left hand and completely wrecks his ankle in the process; Poirier drops a few more heavy shots, but once the ref sees the damage, they wave it off.

Round 1: Tentative start as they circle one another. Low kick from Thompson. Burns tries to blitz, fires a head kick that’s blocked. One minute in. Burns shoots and puts him on the fence. Thompson defending two minutes in. Short knees from Burns. He switches to a single-leg and gets him down into half guard with two minutes to go.
Short punches from Burns. Thompson trying to work his way to his feet. Hard right hands from Burns as Thompson stands. Burns swings wild when they separate. 10-9 Burns.
Round 2: Low kick lands for Thompson. Burns tries a head kick. Thompson attempts a spinning back kick and long right hand. One minute in. Body kick lands for Thompson. 265 lbs.: Greg Hardy vs. Tai Tuivasa
Round 1: Heavy low kicks from Tuivasa to start. Hardy with a right hand. More Tuivasa low kicks. Hardy rocks him with another sharp right that nearly takes out Tuivasa’s legs, but as he tries to charge, Tuivasa crushes him with a counter left hook. A couple more shots and that’s that.
Final result: Tuivasa def. Hardy by KO (punches)
135 lbs.: Irene Aldana vs. Yana Kunitskaya
Round 1: Early technical difficulties; we’ll pick up about 90 seconds in. Kunitskaya low kick, heavy right from Aldana. Two minutes in. Kunitskaya marching forward, eats a hard body shot. Kunitskaya doubles up the body kick. Low kick soon after. Counter right from Aldana, who avoids a spinning back fist and eats a knee inside. Two minutes to go.
Another knee from Kunitskaya. She tries to follow up, only to get dropped by a check hook. Aldana follows her down into guard and drops some brutal shots. Elbows as well. One minute to go. Standing over Kunitskaya, who tries for deep half guard and eats some nasty left hands. Aldana turns it up and there’s the finish.

135 lbs.: Sean O’Malley vs. Kris Moutinho
Round 1: Moutinho on the advance. O’Malley circling, picking away with kicks and a straight right. Body kick, right hand. Check right hook as Moutinho tries to throw a combo. Big right cross from O’Malley, low kick behind it. Continuing to land counters. Moutinho low kicks a minute in. O’Malley lands a 2-1-2 and body kick. Good right from Moutinho, eats a series of jabs in return. He’s walking through all the return fire so far but eating plenty of it. 1-2 from O’Malley. Round 1: Pereira switching stance and circling. Counter jab lands for him, then the ESPN+ feed dies again. When it comes back, Pereira’s recovering from an eye poke. He does so and it’s back to circling as Price advances. Price catches a kick and lands a right hand before putting Pereira on the fence. One minute in. Pereira manages to circle away. Pereira catches a body kick for a takedown, kicks his legs a bit before letting him back up. Price tries a head kick two minutes in. Pereira tries his own, lands a leg kick. Superman punch off the fence and Price puts him on the fence again. Pereira hurts him with a right hand and back fist as he separates. Two minutes to go.
Stiff jab catches Price throwing. Low kick behind it. Left hook by Pereira, right hand after catching a kick. Pereira lets him up. Price counter right, Pereira left hook. Round 2: Counter right lands for Pereira, then a body kick that draws a grimace. More kicks. Price throwing his own leg kicks. Pereira counters one with a body kick, then backflips past his guard into mount. Pereira hunting an americana a minute in. He abandons it, then uses another attempt to set up an arm triangle. Nothing doing, so he switches to punches two minutes in. Price gives up the back. Full body triangle, then back to mount. Some more punches, loses position chasing another americana. Holding onto a a rear waistlock. Price rolls for an unsuccessful leglock with two minutes to go.
Back to the feet. Price continuing to press forward and swing. Price going for it, walks through counters. Looking for his own takedown with a minute to go. Knees to the body from Pereira. Both land rights on the break. Pereira sending out jabs. Price ties up again, eats a knee and some heavy counters. 10-9 Pereira.
Round 3: Price marches in slugging, then changes levels. No dice. Back to distance, still pressing forward with punches. Pereira fires a body kick and catches Price right in the ghoulies. Price takes a bit of time to recover, then it’s back to slugging a minute into the round. Pereira still slinging counters at him. Flying knee attempt whiffs. Low kick from Price. Left hook connects. Counter right by Pereira. He ducks a head kick two minutes in. Price punches his way back into the clinch, then they separate. Price tries an uppercut, eats a body kick. Price continuing to march forward. Backfist just misses. Big trade on tha fence. Price with a heavy right hand, then a teep to the fence. Knees from Pereira in the clinch. Two minutes to go.
Price right hand, Pereira knee. Trading in the clinch. Both men visibly fatigued but Price still coming. He punches his way into the clinch, fights off a takedown, and lands elbows in the scramble. One minute to go. Price with a stiff left, really trying to put Pereira away against the fence. Pereira shoots, eats body shots, can’t get it. One last big exchange at the bell. 10-9 Price.

145 lbs.: Ryan Hall vs. Ilia Topuria
Round 1: Hall circling, Topuria slowly advancing. Body kick from Hall. He tries a wheel kick a minute in. Hall rolls, nothing doing. Topuria stands over him and kicks at his legs until he stands. Another roll, Topuria tries but can’t get his back before disengaging. Another roll. Another, and this time he grabs a wrist but can’t do anything. Topuria looks for his back, lands a couple punches, then disengages. Left hand from Topuria on the feet, then a right hand that catches Hall rolling. Topuria waves him up again. Another roll, another disengagement after Topuria briefly gets side control. Two minutes to go.
Hall tries body kicks, rolls, denied. More rolls, still no success. Topuria body shot. Topuria tries a jumping knee that just misses. Avoids another roll. Hall tries a head kick with a minute to go. Topuria lands a couple glancing blows as he avoids the next roll. Hall tries a wheel kick. Topuria sneaks in some hammerfists on the next roll, then follows Hall all the way down and just annihilates him with punches.

185 lbs.: Dricus Du Plessis vs. Trevin Giles
Round 1: Du Plessis tries a head kick, backs away from a combo. Low kicks land. Flying switch kick attempt, body kick and low kick land behind it. One minute in. Giles tries a head kick. Flying switch knee appears to land for Du Plessis. Giles connects with a body kick. Giles blitzes, eats a short right that backs him off. Two minutes in. Du Plessis leg kick, tries a head kick behind it. Another leg kick. Giles lands one of his own and a glancing check hook. Two minutes to go.
Du Plessis shoots, switches to a single-leg, can’t quite establish as Giles stands up against the fence. Giles tries to wrap up a guillotine and gets taken down into side control. Full mount in seconds, then the back. Du Plessis tries a Suloev stretch and gets swept for it. Giles holding onto a rear waist lock, gets swept into guard by a kimura. Du Plessis passes back to side control, then mount with 20 seconds to work. He wraps up a guillotine as Giles turns to slip out. 10-9 Du Plessis.
Round 2: Double jab and body shot from Giles, who walks him down and lands a knee to the body before stuffing a shot. One minute in. Right hand from Du Plessis, eats a counter as he does. Then the ESPN+ stream crashes for a bit. When it resumes, Giles appears to hurt Du Plessis with an elbow and punches, only to get knocked flat by a right straight. A few more punches and it’s over.

125 lbs.: Jessica Eye vs. Jennifer Maia
Round 1: Eye advancing, sending out jabs. Getting the better of the early exchanges. One minute in. Eye lands body shots, eats a hard knee for her trouble. Maia fires a head kick, which gets caught. Eye elects not to engage on the ground. Low-high combo lands. Maia low kick, more Eye jabs two minutes in. Left hook from Maia. Another good one, met by an uppercut. Maia head kick, Eye body shot. Two minutes to go.

Round 1: Early exchange, right hand and stiff jab from Tavares. Akhmedov tries to flurry as Tavares steps in with a left. One minute in. Bit of a lull, then a 1-2 from Tavares to answer a leg kick. Tavares doing well with his jabs and low kicks two minutes in. Akhmedov falls well short with a spinning back fist. Akhmedov with a powerful double-leg that takes Tavares across the cage before putting him on the mat. Tavares pops right back up, reverses with underhooks, and separates with two minutes to go.
Good left hook from Akhmedov knocks Tavares off-balance and Akhmedov tries to jump on him. Pressing Tavares against the fence, lands a low blow. They restart in the center. One minute to go. Good combination from Tavares and a leg kick behind it. He tries a head kick, lands another leg kick. Akhmedov shoots, denied. Akhmedov blitzes and gets cracked with a 1-2-3. 10-9 Tavares.
Round 2: 1-2 from Tavares after eating a jab. Akhmedov shoots after a wild exchange and puts Tavares on his back. Right back to his feet. They separate a minute in. Trading jabs, Tavares low kicks. Rivera ducks some big swings, maybe getting clipped by a forearm as he does, and shoots, only to get caught in a standing power guillotine that forces a tap.
