The UFC president isn’t exactly worried after Jake Paul declared their feud might end with Paul knocking White out.

Say what you will about his fighting skills or combat sports legitimacy, Jake Paul knows what he’s doing when it comes to pulling attention. That’s why he’s about to engage in one of the biggest boxing matches of the year despite being 3-0 in the sport and never having faced a real boxer.

One of his best moves was to tap into the MMA market by fighting former UFC fighters — Ben Askren was his last opponent and now this Sunday he faces former UFC welterweight champ Tyron Woodley. And then there’s his non-stop back and forths with UFC president Dana White, which recently cumulated with Jake saying he’ll probably end up knocking White out if they run into each other around Las Vegas.

That makes for a great headline, but it doesn’t have Dana White shaking in his boots. When asked about Paul’s recent comment at the UFC Vegas 35 press conference, White laughed.

“It actually makes sense,” he said. “I’m 52 years old. I’m in the age bracket of guys he fights. So yeah, I could see him wanting to fight me. That’s all he fights are 50-year-olds.”

White pointed out that he’s had tougher men than Paul feuding with him over his 20 year career as president of the UFC.

“Let me tell you what: Get in line. There’s plenty of people that would like to assault me. Get in line! That’s a long f—king line, buddy! You’re gonna be waiting for a while.”
