Things are going from bad to worse for Jason Miller.
The former UFC middleweight, already in hot water for his felony domestic violence and felony resisting arrest charges back in September, is now facing an additional pair of felony charges — felony assault and felony battery — following a recent bar fight in San Fernando Valley.
The separate incidents reportedly occurred just two days apart.
The alleged victim claims “Mayhem” left him with broken ribs, severe enough to warrant a hospital stay and prompting him to file charges with local police, according to TMZ. If convicted, the former “Bully Beatdown” host could be facing “years in prison.”
A court date is pending.
Miller turns 41 in December and has not seen action since registering a submission loss to the unheralded Mattia Schiavolin under the Venator FC banner back in early 2016. “Mayhem” appeared just twice inside the Octagon, losing to Michael Bisping after their coaching rivalry on TUF 14 before getting outworked by CB Dollaway at UFC 146.
Expect more details on his upcoming court cases in the coming weeks.
