Former UFC light heavyweight champion Tito Ortiz was arrested this
morning on suspicion of domestic abuse, according to the Huntington
Beach Police Department.
Lieutenant Mike Reynolds today informed MMAjunkie.com that HBPD officers were called to Ortiz’s residence
at 9:53 a.m. PT local time Monday morning on a domestic violence call and arrested
Ortiz at 11:45 a.m.
Reynolds said Ortiz is currently being held at the Huntington Beach
Police Department and is “cooperating with the investigation.”
