No charges filed against Tito Ortiz due to “insufficient corroboration”

The Orange County District Attorney’s office has decided not to file
domestic abuse charges against Tito Ortiz.

Farrah Emami, a spokesperson for the district attorney’s office,
today told MMAjunkie.com that Ortiz’s case was not
strong enough to prosecute.

“We declined to file based on insufficient corroboration to prove the
charge beyond a reasonable doubt,” Emami said. “It was two conflicting
stories.”
