LOS ANGELES – The UFC celebrates its 18th birthday on Saturday, and the organization has come a long way since Royce Gracie ran the table at UFC 1.
Now, the UFC is stretching beyond its pay-per-view roots with its long-awaited and heavily anticipated network-television debut.
And at Saturday’s inaugural UFC on FOX event, all eyes will be on a championship headliner between heavyweight titleholder Cain Velasquez and Junior Dos Santos – and the various ways the blockbuster could play out.
