Conor McGregor will not return in 2024, according to UFC CEO Dana White.

At this point, it’s hard to believe “Notorious” will return at all, especially after the former two-division champion bailed on the UFC 303 card back in June because of a broken pinky toe. That setback was just one of several failed attempts to get McGregor back inside the Octagon.

You know what they say about roadwork and silk pajamas.

“Ah Conor, the sport will move on and thrive without you,” Chandler wrote on Twitter. “Put to bed. Laid to rest. Soon a distant memory. You’ve vastly overestimated your importance inside of this game for almost a decade. Godspeed.”

McGregor Forever? More like McGregor FORGOTTEN!

McGregor, 36, has been out of action for more than three years and stands at just 1-3 since winning the lightweight title from Eddie Alvarez back in late 2016. As for Chandler, 38, he rolled the dice on a “Notorious” payday and came up snake eyes, losing two years of his career to a fight that may never happen.

Be sure to credit Mystic Dawson for that prediction.
