Gordon Ryan returns to action (twice!) at the ADCC World Championships, which takes place August 17th and 18th from the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada.
UFC 305 isn’t the only great combat sports event going on this weekend. It’s also a very important weekend for submission grappling and jiu jitsu, with the legendary ADCC World Championships going down in Las Vegas, Nevada at the T-Mobile Arena.

Things kick off today, Friday August 16th, with the ADCC Youth Championships starting at 12PM ET (9AM PT). At 9PM ET FloGrappling will have the ADCC World Bracket Reveal and Hall of Fame show.
On Saturday August 17th, the ADCC Worlds Opening Rounds start at 1PM ET (11AM PT). Stay tuned through to day to catch a grappling superfight between three-time ADCC champion Gordon Ryan and Felipe Pena. Pena is 2-1 over Ryan, who is looking to settle the score against all the opponents who have bested him in competition before potentially retiring from the sport.
The action continues on Sunday August 18th at 1PM ET (11AM PT) with the ADCC Worlds Semi-Finals, Finals, and Absolute Bracket. Another superfight between Gordon Ryan and current Absolute champion Yuri Simoes also takes place later in the day. Ryan is set to make history by being in two ADCC superfights in one weekend. Simoes looks to snatch a win against one of his toughest opponents, as Ryan has beaten him the previous three times they met.
