Two weeks have already passed since UFC’s mega event inside Sphere in Las Vegas, Nevada, aka UFC 306, where Sean O’Malley lost his Bantamweight championship to Merab Dvalishvili (check out all of the highlights and results here).

The event was a massive success and very expensive for fans. However, one fan took that to the extreme. Canadian YouTuber Troydan revealed in a YouTube video that he spent $67,000 on a third-row floor ticket to UFC 306.

Yep, you read that correctly … $67k.

Well, it turns out that his friend’s mother bought Troydan’s ticket as well as a second ticket for the same price.

So, what did he get for almost $100,000? Troydan received a “dedicated VIP entrance, post-fight octagon experience, post weigh-in reception with UFC athletes, in-venue hospitality with UFC athlete meet and greets, and a reserved seat for ceremonial weigh-ins with meet and greets.”

The vlogger also purchased a spot on the octagon floor with his name for some extra money.

By the end of the video, Troydan reacted to the ‘greatest sporting event of all time,’ and it was about the same rating that most everyone else gave it—“uh, er, ugh, maybe?” Troydan mentioned that the fights weren’t the best, but Sphere was the most unique arena he had ever been to, and the backgrounds were amazing.

If we were to read between the lines, the $67,000 was ridiculously excessive for fight tickets, you know, especially because you could buy a new car or put a nice down payment on a house. But whatever, it wasn’t our money, so in the end, who cares?
