Heavyweight boxers Fabio Wardley vs. Frazer Clarke threw down earlier tonight (Sat., Oct. 12, 2024) LIVE on DAZN from inside Kingdom Arena in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. A rematch of their highly acclaimed split draw from back in March, Wardley didn’t leave any room for doubt or judges this time around.

This one didn’t last long at all, as neither man seemed interested in waiting around after their first brawl. With both ready to swing, it didn’t take long before some heavy blows began to connect on both sides. Wardley was the aggressive, however, marching his man to the ropes and ignoring whatever counter fire came his direction.

The ending came when Wardley cornered his man and ripped a combination. Clarke landed a counter shot but seemed stunned, and he looked vulnerable on the break of the clinch. Wardley loaded up on a series of right overhands and delivered the payload violently, flooring Clarke inside two minutes.

“Big Fraze” inched back to his feet, but there was nothing going on behind his eyes. The match was clearly over, and the referee correctly called the bout.

Check out the finishing moments below:

As a result of the knockout, Wardley retained his British, Commonwealth, WBA Continental and WBO European heavyweight titles. His professional record improves to 18-0-1, and he’s won all but one of his victories via knockout.

He’ll likely be booked against one of Heavyweight’s bigger stars next.
