Watch out, Stipe! Jon is about to unlock is true human potential with the power of grounding, red light therapy, and mouth tape.

Jon Jones is assembling quite the group for his UFC 309 fight camp. Thus far it’s featured ADCC champ Gordon Ryan, Olympic gold medalist wrestler Gable Steveson, boxing heavyweight champ Joseph Parker. Alex Pereira says he will be showing up any day now.

And now “Bones” has Dana White’s bio-hacker Gary Brecka in the mix as well.

Brecka gained a lot of notoriety in the MMA scene after telling the UFC CEO he had 10 years left to live based on genetic testing. The stark words encouraged White to follow Brecka’s ‘superhuman protocol,’ which involves cold plunges, red light therapy, and fasting

Oh, and no exogenous testosterone at all. Which we find shocking given White’s physical transformation. But hey, that’s why this Brecka guy’s making the big bucks now. He spent some time with the GOAT of soccer, Cristiano Ronaldo, recently, and now he’s with White’s MMA GOAT Jon Jones.

“I am so honored and humbled to have spent the day with Gary Brecka and his lovely wife,” Jones wrote in a new Instagram post. “I can’t possibly THANK YOU two enough for spending the whole day at my home helping me with my health and nutrition goals!”

“Your guidance and support mean so much to me. I am not sure I’ll ever able to repay you. I consider you a true and real friend. I am also feeling so motivated and ready to get a W and to tackle my health journey for the rest of my life!”

“Consider you a great friend too, Jon,” Brecka replied in the comments. “You’re an amazing human, a true champion beyond the Octagon and it’s an honor to be part of this journey with you.”

Jones isn’t exactly known for his clean living, and spent a good portion of his injured 2024 looking pretty fat and out of shape. That all changed once he got back into fight camp, but you don’t need a human longevity specialist to know the classic fighter fitness yo-yo isn’t healthy.

Here’s hoping Brecka gives Jones some extra tools above and beyond red light therapy and a colon cleanse.
