Hello, UFC fans – and welcome to my crib
“El Matador” is all about keeping his body in tip-top condition.
Ilia Topuria makes his highly anticipated first Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) Featherweight title defense at UFC 308 this weekend (Sat., Oct. 26, 2024) against Max Holloway from inside Etihad Arena on “Fight Island” in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

The gym includes a hyperbaric recovery chamber, a cryotherapy chamber, and a very nice mat space with heavy bags. While some UFC athletes have hyperbaric chambers nowadays, the undefeated fighter has a team of nutritionists and doctors who monitor him.
