A fun Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) Featherweight matchup has been booked for March.
On a recent episode of the JAXXON podcast, surging Featherweight Youssef Zalal revealed he will be fighting divisional staple Calvin Kattar at UFC Vegas 102 on Feb. 15, 2025, which will go down inside the UFC Apex in Las Vegas, Nevada.
MMAMania.com can confirm the matchup is being worked on, but no contracts have been sent out.

Zalal (16-5-1) has been absolutely sensational since returning to the UFC after being released in 2022. The 28-year-old has racked up three straight stoppage wins over Billy Quarantillo and Jarno Errens, and most recently, he retired Jack Shore at UFC Edmonton with a nasty knee followed by an arm-triangle choke submission (watch highlights).
His three submission wins have earned him a shot at the Top 15 rankings for the first time.

Kattar (23-8) is riding the first three-fight losing streak of his career and will defend his No. 10 Featherweight ranking when he steps into the cage in March. “The Boston Finisher” most recently tasted defeat at UFC 300 against Aljamain Sterling, and before that, he shredded his knee against Arnold Allen in his sixth UFC main event.
