Baseball’s version of Bryce Mitchell is headed to the arena of combat against an old guy he yelled at on the street.
Embattled ex-MLB pitcher John Rocker got into a shouting match with Pat Mahomes Sr., no stranger to the baseball diamond, during Super Bowl weekend on Bourbon St. in New Orleans, a place where beefs are born for no particular reason.
Now they’re fighting for Rough ‘N Rowdy on April 18 in Wheeling, West Virginia.
If you’re unfamiliar with the Rough ‘N Rowdy brand, it’s sort of like a stateside version of Fight Circus. Among its illustrious credits includes a video pitting “the world’s strongest dwarf” against a former WWE superstar.

Rocker, now 50, once drew the ire of the sports community for bashing New York City (and its subway line) for being overpopulated by “foreigners,” jailbirds, and teen moms. He had some other choice words for the LGBTQ community that won’t be repeated here.
Mahomes Sr. turns 55 in August.
“This f*cking loser can’t take a damn joke,” a deranged Rocker wrote on social media. “Wish I laid him out right there and ruined his bullsh*t weekend even more. Looks like I’ll finally be able to kick his lanky ass after all these years. This should be fun.”
Streaming details for this (cough) “celebrity” showdown have yet to be revealed.
