The current face of Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) and Light Heavyweight champion Alex Pereira is still “Down Under” in Australia after cornering Sean Strickland to a Middleweight title loss.
As expected, the Brazilian champion is doing his random side quests and found himself at a Drake rap concert last night. After the concert, the rapper greeted Pereira backstage for a quick second before running off.

Funny enough, the Canadian rapper lost a $2 million bet when Pereira knocked out Israel Adesanya at UFC 281 in Nov 2022 (watch highlights).
Will Drake wager a big bet on Pereira next month when “Poatan” faces Magomed Ankalaev at UFC 313 from inside the T-Mobile arena in Las Vegas, Nevada?
Let’s hope not because the dreaded “Drake Curse” is alive and well.
In fact, mixed martial arts (MMA) fans already believe “Drizzy” has already cursed Pereira by simply shaking his hand after the concert.
