UFC featherweight Daniel Pineda didn’t get involved in MMA because he
wanted to apply martial arts at the highest level or emulate past
octagon stars.
He did it because his brother was training and tired of his fights in the streets every weekend.
“He never initially wanted to fight,” Pineda’s trainer, Robert Perez,
told MMAjunkie.com Radio. “I was a sparring
partner for his brother and I became his trainer.
