Dan Hardy is coming home.
According to sources close to the situation, “The Outlaw” will meet Amir Sadollah at UFC on FUEL TV 5 in Nottingham, England, on Sept. 29. The organization is expected to officially announce the fight in the coming days.
Hardy, a native of Nottingham, will be fighting in his hometown for the first time since 2008. He snapped a four-fight losing streak last month at UFC 146 when he knocked out Duane Ludwig in the first round. The win improved his record to 24-10 and 1 no contest.
Sadollah defeated Jorge Lopez at UFC on FUEL TV 3 last month via unanimous decision, improving his record to 6-3.
UFC Nottingham will be headlined by Stefan Struve vs. Stipe Miocic, and it will also feature Paul Sass vs. Matt Wiman and Ludwig vs. Che Mills, among other fights.
